Speech 2016

Homeless

Ma lolo lei, Talofa lava, Bula vinaka, Kia orana, Today I will be talking about the homeless. I choose to talk about homeless because they all suffer everyday. We are all the same we are all human beings. We are all them same so don’t judge people by the way they look. Because you never know you could be treated like them.

There are more than 42.000 homeless people in New Zealand. Most of them being found as Maori.

Kids in South Africa suffer everyday. Not just kids in South Africa suffer with no food but people on the street. Don’t think about yourself think about those with no food and have no home and we people are very lucky to have food and have a roof over our head.

There are a lot of videos about homeless people and how people judge them to rich people. Don’t judge people by they way they look. A rich man walked pass the homeless man with a footlocker bag and said sorry I have no money. Stop thinking about yourself and think about those who have nothing. Ask yourself how can you make someone's day. You are probably thinking to yourself what is this guy going on about

We humans are all the same we are all human beings. So next time you see one of our brothers and sisters on the street make their day by doing something good.Think to yourself what if you were the homeless person what if you got treated like every homeless person. Just like people say treat people the same way you want to be treated. So next time you see a homeless person make their day.
