Anzac Poetry

This is my anzac poetry that my buddy and I worked on first we had to read a poem and find the main idea about the poem then we had to write down the importance of  why we wear the poppies and why we have to remember the soldiers and the soldiers families

My simile poem

I am as fast as a jaguar running after his lunch.

I am as strong as a hippo trying to get out of the mud.

I am as sweet as a juicy ice block melting on your tongue.

I am as busy as male lions hunting for their food.

I am as large as a truck passing in the motorway.

I am as loud as a tiger roaring to scare the animals away.

I am as cheeky as a monkey squeaking at people.

Put it all together,

and you’ve got Gozan
